McWill Logistics is committed to delivering dependable transportation and logistics solutions through professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
Effective Date: March 30, 2026
At McWill Logistics, we are committed to delivering dependable transportation and logistics solutions through professionalism, integrity, and accountability. These policies establish the standards that guide our business relationships with customers, carriers, agents, vendors, and partners.
We conduct business with honesty, transparency, and respect. Every member of our team is expected to maintain professional communication, uphold ethical business practices, and represent McWill Logistics with integrity.
Safety is a core value of our organization. We work with qualified carriers and transportation partners who are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including regulations established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Carriers are responsible for maintaining all required operating authority, insurance, licenses, permits, and safety ratings.
Carriers working with McWill Logistics must maintain active operating authority, required insurance coverage, satisfactory safety performance, and comply with all contractual obligations. Required onboarding documentation must be submitted before freight is assigned.
We are committed to providing timely communication, accurate shipment coordination, and responsive customer support throughout every shipment. While transportation conditions may change due to weather, traffic, equipment failures, government actions, or other unforeseen events, we will communicate updates promptly and work toward practical solutions.
Payment terms are established through individual contracts, rate confirmations, or written agreements. Invoices must include all required supporting documentation. Payments are processed according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
Any cargo loss, damage, shortage, or delay should be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Claims will be handled in accordance with applicable transportation laws, contractual agreements, and carrier liability provisions. Supporting documentation may be required before a claim can be reviewed.
Business information shared with McWill Logistics is treated as confidential and used only for legitimate business purposes. We expect the same level of confidentiality from our customers, carriers, agents, vendors, and business partners.
McWill Logistics is committed to providing equal opportunity in employment and business relationships without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
